Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee goes toward your service total and ensures your time is reserved.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time—or failure to show up—will result in a 20% nonrefundable cancellation fee based on the total cost of your booked services.
